 i have perfectly almost mastered many things lately...

ok the reason for all that 80's uglyness was because keenan got home from work today and was not letting me get away with what i said last night. that i wanted to start running. he gave me a goal. 7 min. out and 7 minutes back. by the end of the second minute i was a goner. i was pushing myself pretty hard though and so was my husband (in a good supportive im not letting you give up way)by the end of the first 7 min i was hovering over crying and panting. lol it was pretty sad. we kept pushing myself to run back and finish. well running back there was this hill. as i am going up the hill i can feel my body pushing and driving me further towards the top. then i listen to my head...not good. i stopped and fell onto the ground crying again. my head was pulsating so hard you could probably see it. maybe this might help you feel my pain...i definitley know how this kid feels

once we got home i fell down & layed on the floor balling my eyes out. my face and head were on fire! i mean burning! keenan said my face was purple. he wasnt kidding. he helped me upstairs and i sat in the cold shower for about 10 minutes. after about another 20 just laying in bed with the fan on high i was good to go. and yes i will do it again. 

i managed to create my first work of art today. i got the idea from sherry on YHL {here}. & i would follow her foot steps in getting the $2 paint samples at lowes. you get SO much paint. its not as perfect as hers but hey, you cant perfect art, then it wouldnt be art...right? here it is (i even signed the corner of it so its official)

i have also been making my own little business (non-profit) lol. im making kitchen and bath towels. its SO much fun! i love just giving them to my friends. if you want one let me know. i would love to make you one. heres my little sewing nook, which i LOVE! i would like to put up an inspiration board on the wall above though.

ive made alot more towels then that. i just give them all away. ps- that table/drawer thing is by far THE BEST white elephant gift i have ever gotten!

so- how was your TGIF? hoping its super sunny tomorrow for hillary and alex's wedding. very excited for them and excited to see vince, jess & baby meiman.
