Florence Y'all

So for I guess its been the past 6 months we have been biting our nails and sitting at the edge of our seats ready to jump and go because our church, Crossroads is opening the Florence site next month!! Its going to be so fun to go to church and see so many familiar faces! Crossroads in Oakley (which is where we go now...35 minutes away) is HUGE. Its seriously like a mini mall. Having the Florence site means closer community and obviously closer distance. Can you tell how much I am looking forward to this?? 


Our small group joined many others that will be part of the Florence site last night for putting together the Kids Club rooms. It was really neat to be a part of something that may seem so small but really its part of something BIG! It felt like home. Thats what Keenan and I said when we were finishing up to leave. The building itself is amazing and unique and to the eye seems like perfection but they still said they aren't finished with it completely. The way that they care about the building reminds me of Young Life camp...how before you left, you had to make everything flawless and perfect for the next person to come through so that they can experience it the same awesome way you did. I really like that concept.
